WRP 2017-2018 postdoctoral fellow gives a lecture on Russian regional governors

Wisconsin Russia Project 2017-2018 postdoctoral fellow, Dmitriy Vorobyev, gives a lecture about the personal characteristics of Russian regional governors serving between 2006 and 2019. Dmitriy Vorobyev is a senior researcher at the Laboratory for International and Regional Economy at the Graduate School of Economics and Management, Ural Federal University (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and a research associate at the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education – Economics Institute (CERGE-EI, Czech Republic) and PRIGO University (Czech Republic)
