The conference will be held at the Pyle Center at UW-Madison on June 2-3, 2022. Attendance is open and there will be opportunities to engage during the Q&A session following each panel discussion. Papers in the following five thematic areas will be presented: 1) education, labor markets, and inequality; 2) law and society; 3) political economy; 4) identity, place, and migration; and 5) demographic change. The conference gives young scholars an opportunity to present their work and receive feedback from senior scholars and will be an excellent opportunity to hear and engage with exciting new research on Russia.
