Aleksandra Lukina, Wisconsin Russia Project Postdoctoral Fellow 2018-2019, Publishes Article

Congratulations to Aleksandra Lukina, University of Wisconsin-Madison postdoctoral fellow 2018-2019, for her recent publication, “On the Dynamics of Different Qualification Labor in Macroeconomic Aspect”. The paper was presented at CIEDR 2018 The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Contemporary Issues of Economic Development of Russia: Challenges and Opportunities” and is published in The European Proceedings of Social & Behavioural Sciences.

The report was supported partly by RFBR № 18-01-00551 and was prepared in part while Dr. Lukina held a postdoctoral fellowship with the Wisconsin Russia Project, sponsored by Carnegie Corporation of New York.
