Kathleen Gergely
Kathleen Gergely is currently a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at Indiana University.
Her specializations are International Relations and Comparative Politics. She is also pursuing a self-designed PhD minor titled “The Politics and Development of Post-Soviet Eurasia.”
Kathleen is interested in Russian domestic politics as well as Russian and Turkish foreign policy in the post-Soviet space. She is particularly interested in elite networks, autocratization, regional institutions, and the effects of economic linkages and political leverage on the frozen conflicts in the post-Soviet space.
