Since you have indicated that you could participate “Either virtual or in-person” or “Only in-person” on our application form, could you please reply to indicate:
1) Your citizenship;
2) The consulate you would be applying to, if accepted for the conference;
3) Do you know (if a third country) whether that consulate will schedule appointments for applicants with your citizenship?
